Miniature Railway Pictorial Albums

British Miniature Railways by Neville Knight

Neville Knight’s book brings together more than 270 photographs from his collection, all of professional quality, illustrating some 112 miniature railways. In addition, he has provided an informative description of each railway and its locomotives providing an unprecedented synopsis on past and current events on British miniature railways from 15ins gauge down to 7¼ins. There are currently thought to be over 200 miniature railways in Great Britain. The ones illustrated in this book all have or have had public access, whether that be on a daily basis or just open to the public on specific days or special occasions.
